| How do I return an item? Due to the customization that takes place with each order, we do not allow returns. However, we do allow you to make revisions during the production process. You will receive a first draft where you will have the opportunity to request changes. If changes need to be made, we will make them and send back a final revision of the product for your approval. Once we receive your approval, we will complete your order to your exact specifications. If you are still not satisfied or feel that there was an error on our part, please contact us immediately. If you need to cancel, we required that you let us know within 24 hours of placing your order as we start production right away.
